Every time. Guy taking my order clearly just pushed buttons because my order was very wrong. Cutie at the second window was fast but dang. I’m there for food.
I usually don’t like my food touching each other. However, the KFC bowls are perfect!! I love them! It’s a great combination of mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, & gravy. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed my lunch before heading to work.
Terrible KFC! I placed an app order and when I got there I waited at the register for 5 minutes because 2 employees were running around the back arguing. The guy was telling the lady who I assumed was the night manager that he "wasn't going to do all that". I asked for dark meat only and asked again before I left and they assured me it was all dark. When I got home there was half dark, half white meat and it was greasy as hell! I guess this location will never change!
They wouldn't let me access the lobby and say we only serve drive-thru at 8:00 p.m. never coming back here very bad service.
