I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I’m telling every one of you all!!! Please DONT GO! The customer service is subpar, with staff exhibiting rude and disrespectful behavior. No wonder the parking lot is empty. It is disappointing to note that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly when seeking a nostalgic KFC experience. Go somewhere else! Not KFC Hanover!
Awesome Place. Very good deals when ordering from the app. Spent 16.00 and got a free 8 piece chicken when spending 15.00 from the app. Can't beat the deal.
La comida es buena. Pero le doy 3 estrellas porque tienen un horario muy irregular. Hoy fui con mis hijos como a las 7 pm. Y ya estaba cerrado, y eso que dicen que es hasta las 9 pm. Me da la impresión, de que pronto lo cerrarán
This is the best KFC Branch that I've ever been to. The staff were so nice especially the Latina cashier, her smile makes you feel comfortable. The food was warm unlike the other branches, it's cold and not crispy. Excellent job, KFC Hanover!
