We had an issue with our food from the night shift and we called all night no one answered and then we called all morning and no one answered and then it when we finally got to the afternoon the manager named Charlie answered and listened to what was going on with our meal and made every effort to fix it and we just want to thank her for being very sweet and very accommodating. Staff is always pleasant and I've always received fresh food.
Damn. That really was the worst fried chicken I've ever had. You can literally go 2 miles down Chapman and get fried chicken at Kroger that is better and cheaper. Only giving 3 stars because the staff was pleasant. The quality of the food, however, is abysmal. Fetid dumpster meat kinda vibes.
