Very poor service never get orders right thru drive thru
I have NEVER experienced such awful service. After having to change our order several times because they did not have that item (sweet tea, lemonade, Mac n cheese, cookies) we were told it would be 20min for chicken. After 35 mins I asked to speak to the manager. They finally found the manager out side where he was talking on his cell phone, he then proceeded to ask me what I wanted him to do. He only had 4 people working and 2 were new and didn't know what they were doing. He also says, "I can't make people come to work" I ... read more
They give u cold nasty food and have poor service recommend NOT eating here
The wait, service, and food blow here. 15 minutes on average for the drive-thru.
It is always freezing cold in here!!
