I would give my experience 0 stars if I could!! We placed an order in the mobile app. We arrived at the store 2 minutes before our pick up time and the door was locked (this location closes at 8pm, it was 7:13pm). As we approached the door, an employee shut off the lights. We knocked and she walked away. I checked the app and it said my order was ready but there was no food in the “pick up area”. The service here is absolutely terrible. Placed an order via the app at 1130am to be picked up at 1230pm. Arrived at 1250, and the order wasn't even started! As I walked up to the counter they asked if I ordered and under what name. I gave it to them and they said they hadn't even started. They were waiting for someone to come in and let them know they were here. After 30 more minutes they still hadn't even started working on it. Just arguing with me. Not a good experience took 30 minutes to get our food also employees fighting with customers lol not a good experience..
Poor standards, undercooked food, and really bad management / customer service. Will not be returning to this location again
Super slow. Every time I order on the app, no matter what time of day, I still wait 45 minutes.
