I went to KFC and was greeted with the nicest smile and all the generosity in the world. I am very pleased with the atmosphere and service the food was good. I will difenitly eat at KFC in russellville again it was the best KFC I have had good work to the employees at KFC russellville keep up the good work
We purchased $40.00 on Christmas eve. Our order was not even close to right. It was the wrong chicken minus four pieces, minus two large sides, and minus half the biscuits. They have yet to make it right. We are done with KFC.
The last 5 or 6 times I've came to kfc in russ al it has been 30 min before i can go home and feed my kids. Why? Bc they are not cooking food to get a handle on waste. Really? So when you lose all your business it's your own faults.
