Well, I ordered online for a drive thru pickup, I got there and after I paid, they told me to pull up ahead for a couple of minutes for the food. I AM NOT EXAGERATING WHEN I SAY THAT I WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD WHILE OTHER PEOPLE GOT IN AND GOT THEIR FOOD AND THE DRIVE THRU WAS MOVING ALONG. Slow! Very very slow drive-thru! 30 minutes from time I pulled up to order at the box till I finally got my order. People were leaving the drive-thru line. Can't blame them.
The latest at this KFC, I work in their butt off. KFC is always a treat.
Well, this was money "well spent!" Ordered 4 piece Tenders, plus potato wedges. Chicken was dry and tough, did not receive dipping sauce, and was sent fries instead of wedges. Even the biscuit sucked...completely fell apart when I picked it up. So happy I at least had coleslaw that they couldn't screw up! I am not a complainer but when it builds up high enough, a review is needed. Ok, so this was the 3rd time having an issue with the round lake kfc. I should have known not to go back. I ordered 2 chicken little's plain, They were not plain They had everything on them. I also ordered a large mac n cheese and mashed potatoes, they were both Way under half way filled up.
