I am still sitting outside this restaurant there was no sign on drive thur that it was closed waited 3to 5 minutes no one answered at drive thru pulled around went inside the person at the register saw me took the people in front of me order then left and cleaned the lobby then returned went to the back never asked me for my order left me standing there is no one running this restaurant? I waited at least 5 minutes in the drive thru and nobody answered and i pulled around to go inside and they answered the person behind me
This was my first time visiting this KFC location. I received THE BEST customer service I could have asked for. The two young ladies were exceptionally friendly and were working hard. This was my first time out of the house in over a month, because I had a total knee replacement last month. I need to add that before I came here I was at another location and walked out because I waited for 20 minutes and was never waited on. The sad thing is that I was the only customer in line.
