Was missing food items. Return to the store to get what I was missing. They refused to give me the items I was missing and paid for. Kfc stole my money.
Went thru the drive thru...Had a coupon for a Bucket meal. When I asked for no thighs and wanted to substitute wings, Was told they had no other chicken available.And if I wanted a special order , I would have to pull over and wait for fifteen to twenty minutes. The place had no other customers at the time. I will say this was the first time ever That this has happened. I do hope it's the last time.It happens because I do love k f c.
Only two employees on staff? Shame on the ownership for overworking these employees. Corporate KFC should look into this… And this location is right next to such a highly rated canes? Shame on the ownership
