I’ve had two disappointing experiences at the Jacksboro KFC. The first time I ordered a large macaroni through the app, they told me they couldn’t provide a large one and gave me a small one instead — but still charged me the large price. When I asked about a refund, they said they weren’t able to process one. This second visit was just as discouraging. Excellent customer service , cashier was very polite and the place was very clean , definitely will be back again 10/10 .
Order 20 honey garlic wings online, wife picked up and when she got home. They wings were hot & spicy. She called to speak to someone and they never picked up the phone. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. IF YOU ORDER TO-GO OR DRIVE-THRU
