Waited forever and a day to get my food. Then I find no napkins, eating utensils or any condiments for my biscuit. Terrible service. I called numerous times. NO ANSWER

Someone took my order and the White dude cashier with glasses said it was not his fault. I mean he made it as doordash order instead of pickup so it was 100% his fault. Pls fire him, that dude has an attitude issue.
The cashier today was rude and full of excuses. Please do your restaurant a favor and let go of him. He mixed up our order and said a doordasher took it which was a complete lie. He refused to provide a refund and said there was nothing he could do. On our order confirmation we made it clear that it was a pickup. We showed it to him but he refused to do anything abt it. Very disappointed experience.
