No staff paid attention to walk-in customers. I was waiting in front of the counter for 5 mins and no one was willing to talk to me at all. Walked out.
Franchise owner should be ashamed. Staff are rude and the service is abysmal. Hard pass
Went thru drive thru and ordered. They had no crispy chicken, no coleslaw, no bbq chicken, no Dr Pepper Everything I asked for they did not have so I was stuck with dried out reg chicken and water. I thought I would give them another chance, but it’s worse than the last time I went a year ago. Silverdale KFC blows them out of the water. Never again!!
Wouldn’t serve me a deal even tho they advertised it. Paid double for the same thing. Worst experience ever. Manager was rude.
