They never have Grilled Chicken always have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. This happens to me every time. Yesterday I went to 2 KFC's, no Grilled Chicken
Rarely does this place get the orders correct. You have to explain what you want several times and they still don't understand. Sometimes the food is good but alot of the times it is not fresh or hot. Your best bet is I go next door to bojangles. Their food is always hot and the chicken is spicy if you like that.
