Came in nobody in the store did the order at the computer sat down no one showed went outside for 10 minutes came back in still nobody there no food no drink went back outside found the employees and then got service
The chicken dinner was disgusting. It tastes like it was cooked in sour oil I paid $11 for what ? A one biscuit because everything else was horrible. I will not buy again. This is the second time this has happened and I will never buy chicken at this KFC again everything was thrown in the trash. This is the worst chicken I have ever tasted I will never buy again and I feel I should get a total refund
Now I called in three times to get through when I finally got through and I explained to this lady like they didn’t put biscuits in my meal. This lady sat and argued on the phone with me and said she put biscuits in my food when I literally poured the meal out on the table All the chicken because she said it was in the chicken box poured it out on the table. there’s no biscuits in my meal no biscuits at all then she proceeded to argue with me on the phone and then she hung the phone up for me. Okay bro so I got the 2 chicken piece combo with the mashed potatoes and biscuit and for a while I haven't really been into the KFC but this time it HITTT and it's because I used their hot sauce and honey and oh my gawddd it was BUSSIN. I HIGHLY recommend my order.
This place is disappointing I was trying to enjoy a meal with my kids when the workers in the back was screaming and cussing at each other this place is entirely unprofessional
