Well, KFC, what changes did you do to your really good food. I used to have KFC every week, now that rarely if ever happens. The mashed potatoes taste like kindergarten paste, the chicken was overcooked and the restaurant wasn't that clean. I am sad coz I used to love the chicken and potatoes!
Absolute TRASH!! Don’t even waste your money. Spend the little more at AC&T. I had a mobile order pick up and went through the drive through to pick it up. Got home and my wedges were so old I couldn’t even eat them. Like trying to eat glass they were so hard. Tenders were also old. I love kfc when it’s hot, maybe even an hour or 2 old but that was HOURS old and dried up. I will never eat here again. 40 dollars wasted. 4 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat. I bet the employees aren’t eating what they feed us though.

Chicken still had feathers on it. We ordered extra crispy and got original none of the sides were even half full. I spoke to manager and she was yelling, extremely rude and said they don't thats how much goes in the containers. I asked someone else for honey mustard and she screamed make sure shes pays for that. I just spent $50 I couldn't get 2 honey mustard. This is the 3rd time I've gone there and had an issue with this same manager.
