Chicken still had feathers on it. We ordered extra crispy and got original none of the sides were even half full. I spoke to manager and she was yelling, extremely rude and said they don't thats how much goes in the containers. I asked someone else for honey mustard and she screamed make sure shes pays for that. I just spent $50 I couldn't get 2 honey mustard. This is the 3rd time I've gone there and had an issue with this same manager. The girl behind the counter at 6:30-7:00 was running all around and doing a great job at what she does she was super nice and friendly and is such a hard worker

Placed a mobile order. No other customsrs waiting. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally received my order and realized when I arrived home it was incorrect. Went the whole way back, asked for a refund for the item that I didn't receive. Was told they could not do that, and they did not offer to make it right in any way. The response was "that's not on me."
