Ordered a #8 chicken sandwich meal and specifically requested BBQ sauce, but it was left out. We were still in the parking lot, so I went inside to ask for it. The employee told me I had to pay for it. I understand paying for extra sauce, but I shouldn’t have to pay again for something that was already requested and simply forgotten.
