My husband and I did a mobile pickup order. I didn’t get one item, my bowl didn’t have gravy on it and my guy got the wrong thing.

Missing items from my order that were replaced with other items like the corn and mashed potatoes were replaced with coleslaw, and one meal was completely missing. I ordered the Freezy root beer drink, but wasn’t told that the machine was broken and it would be a while. I should’ve been told that while I was ordering it so I could order something else because then I had to sit there and wait for a refund on the drink. Went there three days in a row, first time sat there 20 minutes before they brought out my meal, 2nd day I just left the drive through sat there about 10 minutes, today the same thing from the first time, needs new manager
Waited 45 minutes to get food and they never got us food. Hid behind counter saying they needed to finish other things before issuing refunds. After they issued refund, found out we paid for another persons order, over charging us 20 dollars
