Went there three days in a row, first time sat there 20 minutes before they brought out my meal, 2nd day I just left the drive through sat there about 10 minutes, today the same thing from the first time, needs new manager
Waited 45 minutes to get food and they never got us food. Hid behind counter saying they needed to finish other things before issuing refunds. After they issued refund, found out we paid for another persons order, over charging us 20 dollars
Horrible service and does not fulfill food orders. At approximately 8:50 PM, we placed an online order for pick-up. When we got home, we received less than half of what was ordered; only one meal was correct. Another meal was incorrect (chicken) and missing both of the sides. It was for the '3 piece Chicken Big Box Meal,' original recipe 2 thighs 1 drum option and two chosen sides. What we received was 3 breasts and zero sides.
