On two occasions, I've received fewer items than I ordered. They refund your money, but... What we're looking for when placing an order is for everything to arrive on time.
I wrote my order in my notes so I didn’t forget it. I do this often as I hate scanning the menu board. When I pulled in and read the order, the cashier immediately corrected me.
