It Thanks more than thirty 5. Minutes to over an hour To get a sixteen piece bucket , not right
I call this the "no buscuit" KFC. Once in the 2 years I've been going here regularly have I gotten biscuits. There is always an issue being out of something which requires a substitution or mixed instead of what you actually ordered. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait for extra crispy so I went with mixed and still had to wait 15 minutes. So much for using the APP to order and getting what you ordered and it being ready when you arrive as the APP says your order is ready when it's not.
