Poor service on several visits over time. Last two visits, could not get service at the drive through. They were not busy and had at least two people working, but could not get food out.
I had the worst experience today at the Caseyville, IL location. I ordered a #3, 4-piece meal and specifically asked for 2 wings, a leg, and a breast. After paying at the window, I received my bag and noticed it felt light, so I checked inside. It only had 2 wings and a leg — no breast. I pulled back around and told the employee at the window that they forgot my breast. She took the bag back — and I regret handing it over because I went against my better judgment.
