The staff at this location is fast, efficient and friendly. The store looks a little run down but that doesn't really affect anything.
Good chicken livers and very great customer service.
Went for dinner, wanted the $7 meal deal! (Was told the tenders would be 3-5 minutes, I was okay with everything, I wanted to order the NEW fried pickles! I was told it would be another 10 minutes! And if I really wanted to wait for them… I could pull forward and wait.. 10 minutes later, I never got them.. and cold tenders..
I placed an order online and redeemed the free for a limited time 8 piece chicken bucket. I arrived to pick it up 12 minutes after ordering and everything was bagged up and waiting on me. The customer service was great and the chicken was fresh and absolutely delicious. Some of the best chicken I've gotten there and I eat at Elkins a lot.
