I know i shouldn't complain about a fast food place but, I PRE ordered and paid on the app for a bucket meal for two hours ahead. I get to this KFC on time and they tell me they have no chicken! Someone just came and ordered a lot and I have to wait 15 minutes. I said but I pre-ordered why is it not ready for me? and the Mgr. They up charge me for a 5$deal and charged me 6$ of a drink the worst place to go to buy any type of food they're robbing people.
Put in order 30 minutes ahead of time and was still made to wait 20 minutes when I arrived because they were “waiting on the chicken”. One combo was not given to me on order so had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Gentleman behind me wanted extra crispy and was told he would have to wait 20 minutes because they only had original and only had white meat. Terrible service
Got a 12-piece with mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw. KFC just doesn't even taste good anymore. Mother wanted it I got it for she didn't like it , I hate it and prefer Publix but wanted to make my mother happy. She was disappointed. But it was all as I expected.
