The new way of running this restaurant where you have less people and the screens that the customer has to order themselves is absolute garbage!! I walk in and there's no one to help me because it's basically all automated. I came through the drive-thru got a large potato wedge and a bucket of chicken. My potato wedges were undercooked cold and it was half full if that! So now I try to call and no one answers the phone at all I called for 20 minutes. So glad that my husband got his chicken tenders! The staff was super helpful
Waited an hour on our food!!! We ordered one spicy chicken 6 piece chicken tenders and one non spicy and they sent both spicy😤!! They were arguing in the chicken!! I don’t recommend it at all!!!!!!!!! The floor was very slippery
Food is always hot and fresh, the workers are always friendly. One of the best KFCs I've ever been to.
