August 10, 2025 we drove from canton to go to Tuscarora water park. We arrived around 1:30 and left after 6:40 stopped here on our way back to canton because the kids wanted a chicken sandwich. Lord the lady that ran drive thru didn't give us anything 🤦♀️ we got food no napkins, she handed us drinks no straw we literally had to ask for those items. Taste like chicken.
I have currently been in the drive thru line for no joke… almost 40 minutes. I did an online order I would’ve already left. A couple cars behind me already have. I’m still the third car in line. This is unbelievable. Last time I ordered here.. they didn’t have the chicken tenders I ordered… so I couldn’t pick up my online order. Took more than a week of constantly messaging, trying to get a hold of a customer service agent on the app to even get my refund started. And I lost the rewards I used in the process.
