Food is always hot and fresh, the workers are always friendly. One of the best KFCs I've ever been to.
Slow service, poor communication with customers. Staff was very polite, but you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes at a fast food place.

August 10, 2025 we drove from canton to go to Tuscarora water park. We arrived around 1:30 and left after 6:40 stopped here on our way back to canton because the kids wanted a chicken sandwich. Lord the lady that ran drive thru didn't give us anything 🤦♀️ we got food no napkins, she handed us drinks no straw we literally had to ask for those items.
