The new way of running this restaurant where you have less people and the screens that the customer has to order themselves is absolute garbage!! I walk in and there's no one to help me because it's basically all automated. I came through the drive-thru got a large potato wedge and a bucket of chicken. My potato wedges were undercooked cold and it was half full if that! So now I try to call and no one answers the phone at all I called for 20 minutes.
