Forgot to put half of our order in the bag for a mobile order. When I called, no offer to remake fresh since I’d have to return. Decided not to return anyway because the food was so gross. I normally LOVE KFC original recipe. I’m guessing the oil was filthy because the chicken was deep dark brown, almost black (without being burnt), and it was disgusting. i had a doordash to pick up and i pulled up to the window and she disrespectfully cut me off and told me where closed then i tried to explain that i had an order and she cut me off again and told me to cancel it and leave lmao if they keep a atmosphere like this they wont get service

They where rude and nasty to me over a deal there promoting. They over charged me for a bogo and didn’t give it to us.
