RUDE staff! Chicken was old and cold and they were out of everything we came for per usual.

It really depends on which store you go to and what time of day you go
I have nothing to complain about the actual food but the customer service is insane now let me say that being short staffed is understandable and if you COMMUNICATE That people wouldn’t get so upset when your taking 20-30+ mins for an order I have doordasbed from her and they were extremely rude to my door dasher an the others as they said “you can all just cancel these orders if you want to” bc DoorDash isn’t a priority but 20-30 mins for barely any food is crazy!
They always give old dry chicken. The biscuits are sometimes cold and hard
