Floors are always slick. But the food is always good
They won’t answer phone, so call-in is impossible. If you drive down there and order you will wait at least 15 mins if you want to substitute any pieces.6
Me and my family came through the drive-through today and the drive-through worker was so rude. Did not use Manners, Attitude was out of this world. The food was awful…. I don’t believe I’ve ever been to a fast food restaurant that has been that awful. Not to mention, the manager was standing right beside her while she was given off attitude and didn’t say anything about it. Just stood there and watched her do it.. We WILL never be back…..
I waiting 40 minutes for my food then went back to get it and they said it still wasn't done I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes cause the fryer was down so they said. Then asked if I wanted my money back instead of my food like really I have 4 kids in the car hungry. Everytime I came here there is always something going wrong.
Location needs to work on completing orders, Having food ready not sit around waiting for a order to be placed, we watched as they appeared to flash fry old chicken in the deep fryer, OR chicken is Always to be pressure fried as my uncle designed, Extra crispy is deep fried, our chicken was taken out of the deep fryer we waited 30-40 minutes for a meal that was soggy and flavorless, definitely not my uncle's quality, we were shortened sides we ordered extra of, cost $66.25 total, we called in to complain and only got "we wil... read more
