DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE-THRU! I went here Sunday, went to the drive thru, placed my order, paid $32.00 and was told to pull up and wait. Of course the cashier didn't give me a receipt. 20 minutes later they came out to my car and said I had to come in and pay, again, because my order wasn't in the system. The food was delicious and fresh, chicken, mash potatoes, gravy and the cole slaw! I was blown away, we really enjoyed our dinner, Thanks KFC!!! It’s so bad to spend your money and not get what you pay for. This location has poor service and the food order is never right. I placed my order through the app and when I picked it up I was sure the order was wrong. The chicken was not extra crispy and I ordered wedges that were advertised on the app but was given fries instead and the portion was insulting. They should not advertise the product if they don’t have it instead of giving me whatever they want. View pictures below
This has to be the worst KFC in existence. They do not know how to work a drive thru if they even have it open, multiple times they have told me I had to come inside to order. Rude and bossy to their customers. Do they realize Popeyes is in the same parking lot? Clearly they do not care if they lose business. If anything it seems they dont care if you eat here or not.
