Wors experience, Tuesday evening. I ordered a bucket of chicken and got cold small left overs. I dumped them in trash. It was April 28, 2026
I’m convinced nobody that works here can read, any time we order here it is always messed up. The staff is rude and lacks customer service skills and they are so slow.
KFC in Fern Park Florida has to be one of the worst KFC‘s. I’ve ever been to drive-through line is always down. You have to go in then when you go in and place your order they always out of chicken. I’m here tonight.4/14/26 trying to order a $10 bucket at 9:48 I know it’s kinda late 12 minutes remaining to close. These guys already cut off the fryers. and told me they didn’t have enough chicken to make my $10 bucket crazy I think this will be my last time giving this corporation some money
Do NOT come to this KFC ever ordered at 6;31 it is now 7:08 and they have no idea when chicken will be ready! Worst customer service ever I will be calling the Corp office!
