Check your order before driving away. When I arrived home, I found my order was wrong. Also, they forgot the biscuit in each meal. I called the restaurant. They asked for me to drive back (30min) so they could fix my order. No compensation. Needless to say, I wasnt wasting my time or gas money to return. I do like the $7 snack packs! They are a great deal!!! Just make sure you check your order.
I don’t know what’s wrong with these reviews but this is the shining star of KFC’s…clean inside and out. Foods always perfect. And the staff is super friendly…management does a great job here. Come here for lunch OFTEN…never disappoints
The KFC in Cedar Park has to be one of the worst ones I’ve experienced. I place an order online on July 29th and was given the wrong order. When I got home I realized it and called back. I called back and was told that I could come by the next day to pick up the correct order. Upon sending my nephew to pick up the correct order on July 30th, the employee was very rude and advised my nephew that be was not giving him anything nor did he know what he was talking about. I had a bad experience. I'm a DoorDash delivery driver. When I arrived, the person at the register was on the phone. She just looked at me, didn't ask me the name of the order, gave me any old order, and didn't even say hello. She was just talking on the phone. Very bad service on her part. I have a photo. She's a woman. 3:22 PM Monday.
