I will never want to come to this restaurant again walked in no one at the front no one was greeting people I felt ignored because I stood there for almost an hour and not one person helped me until later and even when they did they was rude just horrible
Store manager Javier Prado refused to provide me urgent assistance to replace my burnt 8 pc chickens. He told me to stay away from him as he was too busy with something else while sitting in the lobby, so had to wait for several minutes. Lack of empathy, bad customer service, & does not care about. Will never go back.

Missing items on a take out order. Can I give them 0 star? None of the items that I ordered was correct. All of them are missing something here and there. For example, hot honey biscuits WITHOUT hot honey? It almost looks like they are missing items intentionally cause there is no way that none of the items in the order was correct.Check the items that you ordered before leaving. I just went there to get some chicken and I pulled up and he said welcome to KFC we currently don't have any chicken. I was a little hesitant and said okay and then the staff member repeated back okay invs mocking voice. Their food is usually fresh but the service is absolute crap and the staff is rude and usually it makes mistakes on orders.
