I figured I’d give KFC another chance, after the last abysmal experience I had with them. But unfortunately, once again, a disappointing experience. Waited 15 min to get someone to take my order. They only had one person working the drive-thru and the front of the store. Took my order then waited another 10 min to be then told it would take additional time to get my fries. I walked out, went to Bush’s chicken and within 7 min, I drove off with my order. How KFC stays in business is a mystery.
Had the promotional chicken fried steak dinner. Very good.
Food was a little funky,long wait, clean dining room
I haven’t been to this kfc location since 2011 I came back to see and try out the chicken comes to find out the food service was a 0 and the manager lady was an a bad ugly mood I ordered the bucket and the chicken was old hard I even told her I would wait longer for fresh chicken instead she gave me all 6 old chicken drums and 3 fresh ones you can tell the difference my biscuits were cold and hard fries were extremely old cold af my Mac and cheese was also cold I asked to exchange them and the manager told me I have to pay a... read more
