Ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip meals, was charged for the 4 piece meals but only received 3 pieces. Last time we ordered online from them, my husbsnd & nephew went to pick it up and had to wait an hour to get our food. People were waking in and getting their orders before we got ours. Tried to tell them, their fryers were down. Won't be doing business there again. Very disappointed

I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 pm. This location closes at 11:00 pm. I ordered the K1 combo which is the 2pc chicken with a side, biscuit, and drink. I chose the all white meat, extra crispy. I was told they only have the breast in Original recipe. I stated that I don't mind waiting for the breast in extra crispy. The manager named Renee took over at this point and stated that they will not be making any more chicken tonight. I asked to clarify what time they close and Renee said 11.
