Update: Great customer service. Our order was ready quickly. Food tasted great! They were short staffed but working hard to pick up slack. The wait was a little longer but was worth it. I had the chicken pot pie. My son had a combo meal.
I usually have no issues with KFC, but it took them 20 minutes to tell us they were out of some of the items we ordered, I had to read the order back to them rather than them reading the screen readout, and virtually no communication about the order. Overall, very unimpressed with this location.
