For a while I was door dashing to get my kfc. One time and only one time only my order got messed up and it was cause I didn't know how to or d er a special they where having on door dash. So I called and spoke to a manager named roti and she did everything to rectify the issue even though it was my fault. I simply had to go in and reorder what I really wanted and she and her Co managers took care of the bill. KFC has always been my favorite for chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Staff was hard to understand on the speaker. I found someone’s hair in my food. I see why the place was empty. Do better.
The worker at the register told me That they did not have a scanner so I could not use my mobile coupon which is bad because at other stores they were able to manually enter the coupon then worse the worker gave me a look like I had stolen something and she did not want to help me
The manger that was there tonight is a very hateful my food was wrong got a 13piece family meal asked for no tights she gave me then anyways we were feeding 9 people told me no I couldn't have 10plates just very RUDE MEAN AN I WILL NEVER GO BACK 80DOLLARS AN COULDNT EVEN GET 10 PAPER PLATES...
