Employees are rude. And the Food sucks.
The Hispanic lady who I believe is the manager or a shift manager is just super rude, every time I’ve gone there she has an attitude. She was so rude my wife and I just drove off (10-24-25). If that’s how that place is going to be ran it really doesn’t need to be open because they can’t seem to get it in order.
This place is a joke. You got a bunch of lazy people working in there. Don't want to do nothing. They never any given time I've been in there. Have enough chicken to make an order
We were going through Canton, and decided since it was late to grab dinner on the way home to Cartersville. Ordered our food and went on down to the house (30+) mins away. Got home and started making plates for the family to find they didn’t give us our biscuits, they gave us bun tops. I’ve tried to call the store for 20 mins and cannot seem to get ANYONE on the phone. It’s now 8pm on 10/19/25
