Went to drive thru. Told to pull around it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting
The chicken was burnt. The biscuits were inedible. I notified corporate but never got a response.
The cook spent his time yesterday the18th talking on his phone and the manager evidently didn’t step in and do or say anything to get him going. Had 1 young girl running from position to position trying to get things moving for the customers.
