I went through drive thru had a coupon that I got from KFC when you register your number and they send you texts. Get there order the coupon was for 2 pc breast &wing combo. I also ordered a bowl. Get to window to pay the young man says they can’t use my coupon because they don’t have a scanner. I ask for a manager he says she’s not gonna know what to do either.
