Soggy not crispy at all. Couldn't finish the meal.
The guy at the counter is rude, ill-mannered, and clearly doesn't want to work; he got annoyed just because I asked him a couple of questions, and to top it off, he got my order wrong. Many beverage options were missing—even their flagship drink, Pepsi. The floor was disgustingly sticky, and the tables and chairs were dirty. I won't be coming back, and I certainly won't be recommending this place.
The worst customer service ever. I waited 40 minutes for eight tenders and the manager refused to face me, sending another employee to say that he was the manager and she didn't take responsibility about my complain and I hear when she said I don't care. If you don't like your job, just quit and let others do it better.
No good
Well, the night shift people need replaced. Rude and felt like a burden just to take my order. Then I Waited 25 minutes for 6 taco bell items, ridiculous.
