Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount !
