i wish i can star this a 0 because this is the WORST kfc ive ever encountered. i’m not even from lancaster and ive seen worse kfc but this one!!! absolutely never again. a whole bunch of teens , sitting on the counters & laughing in front or costumers face while you are trying to order. worker in the back asked “ does this chicken look edible to serve “ 0/10000” wouldn’t recommend.
The slowest, dirtiest fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. They make working in a fast food restaurant seem like it’s a tough life. Grow up
The fact every KFC place around Lancaster and probably everywhere has this type of service is inexcusable and should be boycotted. I went to this location for a DoorDash delivery and all the doors were locked. There were no signs why. When I went back to my car I saw the worker standing outside talking to someone in a car. I was ignored when I tried to wave her down. I was about to cancel the order when the car drove away. When I looked at her she yelled at me that the lobby was closed.
