Worst KFC ever. Been there 5 times in a month and had to wait over an hour each and every time to get our food. Customer service is worthless. They don't care at all. They were very rude and unprofessional. It was also way to noisy to eat inside.
Two stars for the chicken but 0 stars for the rest. We were there 4 times in 6 weeks and each time we had to wait over an hour for our food. Customer service there is a joke. They don't care.
Guys… can we remember to put gravy in the famous bowl.. oh and utensils.. going to get fast food is supposed to be easy and/or on the go. Like while driving. Where you think I’m going to just pull a fork out my car?
I don't know what you guys did to your biscuits but keep it up used to hate the biscuits and the Mac and cheese and best upgrade ever to dinner
