I attempted to order a 2 wings and wedges meals and a Chicken sandwich. I asked for the wings to be fresh. I was told by the staff that the they didn't have the wings because they were frozen. I was confused. The item is on the menu, correct? He said Yes. You have the item but it's frozen, correct? He said yes. The manager in the background was directing him and his words. This happened today at approx. 7pm. I just left with my Dads chicken sandwich. Customer service is dead at KFC
The good first. The chicken sandwich I had was tasty. Thick, full breast meat with lightly seasoned breading. Now the less good: tables were dirty - all of them. Does not look like they clean them often. The other downside is their fountain machine does not have Diet Pepsi. I understand some now like the Zero Sugar stuff, but at nearly all Coke dispensers they offer both Coke Zero with Diet Coke. I don't think I will be back at this location, which is a shame. I work nearby.
