Had to change to one star, the service sucks now every time I order on DoorDash they always forget something. Specifically the staff from 07/03
Wanted to post an update on this, got a call from the so called manager or owner she didn’t really say. I hung up because she was trying to mock me. Please stay far away from this location, they don’t care about their customers. Went here today passing through Canby, I had been here before years ago as it was a great experience. Today wasn’t the same experience as before. I felt very rushed at the drive thru box because I was too sure what I want today. I got a spicy chicken sandwich tonight, and when I got home with it. It was completely coated in the sauce. Couldn’t hold onto the bun, chewy. Evening honestly kind of ruined, as it was one of the only things I was looking forward to.
I came back to make a good point against all of these bad reviews. Sure, it's fast food Sure, fast food preppers make lots of mistakes. I was there on the 26th of April, whining about my burnt up tenders I made a second video of how wonderful and kind they were. They simply replaced them. Easy peasy. We go here twice a week with a family of 8. Always great. Never any issues
