I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC, and unfortunately it came down to leadership and customer service. I simply asked what the “comeback sauce” was and what ingredients it contained. The response I received—multiple times—was just “it’s a sauce.” No explanation, no effort to clarify, and no attempt to help. I can't rate the food. I never got it. After waiting 20 minutes which I checked off my receipt, I complained. Was told it would be 8 more minutes to do the tenders. No manager bothered to go to the fry cook and order him to drop everything and get these 4 tenders dropped. It took another 15 minutes to get a manager to give me my money back. The restaurant was clean but only had a couple of customers. When we got our food it was Hot and fresh. We were surprised how tasty their bowls are. We thoroughly enjoyed them. I definitely recommend their bowls especially when it's cold outside.
