While trying to read the menu in the drive thru, the attendant asked if she could take my order. I responded with, just a second I'm reading the menu. She immediatly repeated may I help you. Again I responded, just a second. I'm looking at the menu. Within seconds she responded with, "keep in mind we're on a timer." I've never felt so rushed at a drive thru. I finally responded with, "never mind" and drove away. I feel this action was very unprofessional and I got my chicken from Foodlion, at a much cheaper price.

I questioned the $29 for 12 pieces only and drove off with only 8 pieces at around 6:50 on 27 May 2026. The tall young lady stated confirmed the cost while a shorter young lady handed me my change without a receipt.

I went in,started my order on the kiosk..when I went to pay, I was unsure how to use guest voucher. I canceled the order on the kiosk and went to the cashier. She looks at the voucher and says they don't take it. She calls (manager,I guess). He looks at the voucher, gives back and they both walked away...I waited a minute, thinking he would come back.
