Takes nearly 2 hours to make 8 pieces of dark meat and a double dunk it bucket meal? I ordered delivery and I know my dd driver sat there for 30 minutes waiting after putting my order in at x:50 and was picked up at around z:10. How? Must be the slowest customer qsr in Lexington honestly no lie.
everythings dirty and messy customer service is awful and they take too long and get your order wrong everytime, if you go to ask for a refill they will look at you, walk past you, and make you wait. they dont care for the dine in people and will give you dirty looks. food is soggy and cold, only the fries tasted good.
Old smelly building. And definitely not enough employees
I went inside to order. It took some minutes before staff acknowledged that I was there. Once I ordered the food came quickly. I brought it home and the food was as I expected. They did forget dipping sauce that they asked me which I wanted.
