Customer service is horrible. Waited in line for over 15 mins, just to get to the register and catch an attitude from the cashier because” she is too busy”. Did not and will not spend money here again
Ordered via delivery service, the 3 piece meal 2 for 1! 2 sides were missing as well as 5he drink! Also ordered a large potato wedges, and that was missing too! You would think someone would substitute or call! Not at this KFC in East Orange, NJ! Also, they delivered a Pepsi without a safety seals! Really, in this day and time! Smh!
I know it's fast food so you shouldn't expect much but even by that low bar they still managed to disappoint. Fries had an odd taste, chicken was not cooked entirely, and mash potatoes looked and smelled like it had been left out for a whole. Would recommend if you want to experience mild food poisoning, otherwise go somewhere else.
