I was pretty disappointed with the $7 box. The amount of fries I got was honestly just a pinch. I had maybe 2 full size fries and then around 10 little broken or half pieces, and it was nowhere near what you would expect even for a small. Husband gets there to get my pick up order from online. Immediately he can't ask for the order because the drive through speakers are broken and is told by a note to drive to window. Drives to the window and no one is near the window and waits about 5 mins just for someone to come and talk to him. Tell him they are working on the nuggets and needs to park to wait. (Food takes time, understandable). He waits and the guy brings out the food but not our drinks. So he has to go back in and get the drinks. Husband brings the food... read more

Laziest and worst experience ever. Whole staff was lazy. Every customer that came in was told they don’t have something or it’ll be 20 min wait. Like they cooked as they went and people either waited or left annoyed. I was told it’ll be 10 mins for my corn or do I want something else and I said I want my corn and he looked annoyed. Another customer was told 20 mins for pot pies and she said she’ll take dark meat instead then was told no dark meat. Terrible and lazy service.

Drive-through speaker was broken, ordered at the window and was told to pull up and they'd bring our order out. Ordered two five piece tender meals, which were supposed to come with two sides each, but was told they only come with one, and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Waited a solid 10 minutes for them to bring us the order for the car *behind* us, then several minutes more to get our actual order. Check our order and they completely forgot the potatoes, so I had to go inside to get them. Got home with our food... read more

The staff dues not know the menu options. They cannot make an order without the sides of a meal. For an order of 2 or 4 regular wings they can only sell them one at a time priced at $3 each. They also are typically out of most product and talked 30 to 45 minute to make more.
