Ordered food online. Got there to pick it up and waited 25 minutes to get to the window. As soon as i got to the window and said it was an online pickup, the employees all looked at each other in confusion and stepped away from the window to huddle at the online screen. this was really bad and i mean bad cause me and my dad went a week ago and it was so dirty and my dr pepper i got did not taste anything like dr pepper and i got a chicken nugget meal for 10 and for five chicken nuggets and only got four and they were really small and my biscuit was smashed absolutely smasher and the meat was nasty and stuff never coming back.
After a very long Dr appointment we wanted to stop in to KFC on Lafayette to grab a bite to eat but the lobby was closed I sure wasn't going to go through the drive thru just to eat in my car. They say they are open then they need to be opened
