Waited 36 minutes for an order I was told would take 16. Staff brought out the wrong order, then asked for a receipt they never gave back. When I got home, my 8-piece bucket (ordered as thighs and legs) was filled with mostly small drumsticks and wings instead. When I called, they said they may have run out of chicken and would only fix it if I brought the food back. If you’re out of certain pieces, tell customers upfront—don’t substitute with smaller items without asking. Very disappointing experience.
