Took like half an hour to get to the speaker to place an order. Then the lady told us 'one moment' and we waited for about ten more minutes. And then she gave me a tone from me adding just one more thing to my order. I get that it's busy because of the blackout but that wait was ridiculous and then her attitude was awful. I was told this restaurant had the best chicken … I made one visit .. never again! i ordered 4 piece original .. the crust was not thoroughly cooked and the cold slaw was hot . I guess I have to give up on kentucky. fried chicken… it’s been a long time since I have gotten what “use to be” the chicken was terrible!!!!
