So, I went through the drive-thru, and the person who took my order was super rude. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day, but then I asked if they had chicken and waffles like the app said, and she snapped "no." After I ordered for my family, I asked for a sec to figure out what I wanted, and she said "fine," but before I could even decide, she told me my total. The only good thing was that my family liked the food.
Terrible customer service.
Got our order wrong twice. Seemed as tho people working there should maybe be at the rock concert fan club? Not the most, clean people. Lots of piercings tattoos and bad hygiene. Don’t get me wrong. Pantera is my jam but is it necessary to look like you’re straight out of a biker gang to go to work? Maybe take a shower? Brush the old hair with a fork atleast! Maybe? This is all coming from a gal with dreads, 20 some tattoos, and modeled for a tattoo parlor for piercings. Just think I’d like less hair in my food and more smil... read more
