I wish I could rate zero stars. How do you advertise popcorn chicken and you let me order popcorn chicken online and then you tell my DoorDash driver you don’t have popcorn chicken. Then I cancel my order after I already paid for it now I have to wait for a refund. So now I’m driving to go get dinner elsewhere and since I drive right passed there I decided to call up there just to confirm that you’re not serving popcorn chicken. The WORST KFC in Genesee County!!! I drove over 15 minutes, passed a KFC on Bristol Road, just to come to this one in Grand Blanc, Michigan. I walked in, and didn’t see any employees. I proceeded to the kiosk and placed an order for a 5-piece chicken tender meal, with two sides and a drink. The service was good but i ordered food for my family and was told to pull up to the door while they make my food waited like 10-15 mins just to get the food drive 5 mins to my house and the food wasn’t fresh at all Nuggets we’re hard famous bowl hand mostly mashed potatoes barly corn and like a lil drop of gravy the chicken lils were so hard had to pull extra hard to take a bite then when i called to talk To them and they said it was fresh knowing it wasn’t and to come back it’s hot out and i just had got off work and sat t... read more

First time here I received a bucket of chicken that was clearly burt and or fried in old oil. This time around I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told drive through is closed I have to come inside to order and it was credit or debit cards only. No cash. No thanks. I drove a few extra miles down the road to the KFC I use to be a cook at when I was 14 yo. 50 years ago. Was there less than 5 minutes and the food wasn't burnt.

On there popcorn chicken bucket they say 50 piece for ten bucks that's a lie. foods good but pricy on a lot of stuff is high and chicken is cheap but not their s not impressed.
