20 minute wait for a chicken sandwich at lunch!
I'll give them a zero if I could. I bought a big meal paid for extra sides and did not get them. I called and let them know and they said it'll be available. I told him my son would be picking that up now. My son has been waiting for about 15 minutes. They were super confused when he got there. I just called and told them my son has been out there for about 10 to 15 minutes and the guy just said we're busy. It's gonna be a while and hung up on me. I will not be returning. Very sad

Got a 2 piece chicken meal. Waited for over 15 minutes, my thigh piece was not even cooked. No biscuit in my box. Never coming back.
Ordered online went to pick up. Lobby was closed had to stay in line. When I got to the window they told me they gave out the pot pies to another customer and I would have to wait 25 minutes. Have now waited over 45mins still don’t have my food. Horrible service
