I ordered the 3 tenders meal and they gave me normal chicken with bones. The wedges are also underseasoned.
Never ever have crispy chicken ready always waiting.chicken burnt and a nasty taste..took a drive threw first before us(we came inside)..someone kept the person filling our order with questions ..
How is this KFC still open, terrible service and food. Forgot multiple items in order. Never answers phone to speak with manger. I had to drive back for forgotten items.
Long wait times here, lobby always close early and expect a 20+ minute wait in the drive thru.
