horrible service! The employees there are rude and don’t give you your exact order right! Or either they charge you wrong! Need to fix those employees attitude’s.
The service was so in Seoul, the last time that we went, it was not that nice I would have liked to ask each employee if they were nice to others or they would treat others the same way that they treat to us but since it was long time ago, I guess I'll leave it alone. I was waiting 30 minutes for my order, and when they gave it to me, it was so cold. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds, but also didn’t offered to make my food again. Also the worst customer service in drive thru.
This is the worst KFC to go to, the restaurant is always unclean and sticky. The chicken is sloppy and not fully cooked. And the service is terrible. Do not eat here unless you want expensive sloppy fried chicken.
