I went here about an hour before closing and they unfortunately were out of chicken 😔 I normally wouldn't be upset except they should've just come out and told me that instead of waiting until after I ordered everything. I don't know, maybe the kitchen has only JUST told him. But the kitchen should've been a little more on top of it. There was no one in front of me so it's not like they were slammed with orders. 😂
Food is great customer service is good all except the short Latin female manager that is rude and obnoxious for example I buy the specials every week and I always ask if it's possible can I please get less drums and it's never been a issue at this location or any other...but not with the evil manager she always say I can't do it...miss im only asking for less drums she won't listen for any explanation or anything I take care of special needs children and once a week that's their treat but they just don't like drums I tried t... read more
There's probably isn't food you eat before you work out but you know every once in a while it tastes really good don't get me wrong it's got a lot of salt in it so if your salt if you're a lily liver and about salt it's probably anything the only thing I didn't like very well was the the coleslaw had a lot of sugar and it was kind of strange does side portions are lame they need to be bigger.
The last 3 times my boyfriend and I ordered from this KFC they got the order wrong, always missing items like biscuits and sauces we paid extra for. Brings original recipe chicken instead of spicy or the honey BBQ we ordered. It's basic combo meals guys, get it together! If you can't get Fast Food right it's embarrassing and a scam. Needs new management to ensure quality control and item review. Ordered $30 worth of food, paid $70 after "service fees and delivery fees", and got $25 worth of food after it is said and done.
