Usually I come in and I'm greeted by a sweet young lady and she's very helpful, kind and sociable. She's never treated me like the rude lady I'm dealing with today...Miranda. Miranda was very short with me when she approached the counter. Due to the language barrier I slid my phone to her. Not sure why they bother asking what sauces you want (in person or on the app), I have not once gotten what I requested.
They wanted to get me out of the drive thru in a hurry, when I got home I found out why. My order was all wrong. The late night staff has no desire to do a good job. They didn't even try to explain it to me I had to wait until I got home for the surprise.
Dos señoras que atienden me trataron muy mal incluso a otra clienta que estaba después de mi ella solo hablaba inglés y la señora que la atendió hablo muy mal de ella en español porque la señora solo habla inglés no entendió lo que la sostiene estaban hablando la de la caj y la del autoservicio .la comida excelente pero si la atención deja mucho que desear
Las trabajadoras son muy pésimas y lo tratan mal a uno luego se molestan por que uno no quiere dejar donaciones creo que no debería ser obligatorio lo de las donaciones y deberían de cambiar el personal por que las chicas que están son muy pésimas
