The food always tastes good because it's the KFC recipe, but the service was lacking because they were saying they were out of white meat chicken and limiting what we can order on the menu. How DARE you???? Ordered door dash for my family last night at 9pm, the order was confirmed but took 30 minutes for them to even get it ready. The Dasher dropped the order and the bags arrived sealed. I was missing two drinks, I assume they didn't have anymore sweet lightning so they just replaced it with what someone else wanted, that's a no no. They didn't send us any Mac and cheese.
