Please just shut this location down there is no way possible it takes almost 3 hours to make a mobile order that was ordered way before. Just shut it down.
HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! This is the worst KFC that I have ever seen in my 50 years of life. They are sloth-slow and there's always a 17 minute wait on chicken. The manager YELLS at the customers from the back and while walking through the lobby like she's coaching basketball. Somebody should be fired..
