Terrible service, slow, & incompetent
Just went through the drive thru. I was like helloooooo. Silence. Hello?? Silence. 1 minute later. Yes can I take your order. Yes! Silence. repeat 5x. 5 min later she finally got my order. Smh.
The service is not very good. They didn't have what I ordered. Long wait for food.
Not managed well, unable to handle even a small number of customers, not clean
KFC has improved over the last couple of years. I like this restaurant for a quick inexpensive meal.
I was craving a biscuit... 7 months pregnant, first craving, just a biscuit! So I got one of their 5 dollar boxes, and NO Buscuit ! I tried calling but apparently no one picks up on this number, besides the fact that I just didn't have the time to turn around and go get that buscuit. I could have cried...
