Went there today and sign on the drive thru says location is closed. Maybe they should have staffed it better and had better wait times and order accuracy.
Horrible service.. And a place to order they said they had no chicken. Very rude staff working
Absolute worst experience. I placed an order through the app and received a notification stating it was ready. However, when we arrived to pick it up, the staff informed us they were actually out of the items and told me to request a refund through the app. I have three major issues with this: Inventory Errors: The app requires you to select a location specifically to check item availability. This KFC chain is disgusting. Is leadership doing anything to address? The reviews speak for themselves. Always out of chicken, always missing part of the order, disgusting food taste like it's cooked in old rancid oil, rude staff, slow service and the list goes on. Corporate has been contacted, but not expecting anything to be done! Will not be back!!
