We love KFC but something has gone very very wrong at the location at 17750 Aprile Dr. in Land O'Lakes Fl. We've had three bad experiences in a succession at this location. In the most recent experience: - We placed an order on the app at around 8:30 pm for pick-up. - We arrived at the store drive-thru at 8:43 and were informed that the Chicken Tenders were unavailable because the chicken fryers were turned off. I got up at 8 AM this morning. I drove over 150 miles today round-trip and had a very long day. Waited for fresh food, to get home and my wings not done. And potato wedge dry n crusty
