Found hair in my food
I placed an online order and tried to pick it up in the drive-through. Despite the app saying it was going to take 5 to 15 minutes, my food wasn’t done until 30 minutes had passed. The manager refused to give me my food, insisting that I somehow had gotten the name and was trying to steal it from someone else. He insisted that I show him my email rather than the order number the name or any of the other information that I provided to confirm my identity. Are you kidding me? I asked THREE times for honey mustard sauce and I return home to no sauce in my order. ALWAYS CHECK IF YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT WHEN VISITING THIS LOCATION. It’s no wonder the chain is dying.
