Manager on duty needs to clock his attitude, someone may end up reaching over the counter for him one day. I went through the drive through and ordered 4 items and got charged for 5 items, even after stating I should've had 3 food items and 1 drink. I was met with a not so lovely manager on duty (Kevin) who didn't seem to want to do much of anything about it. The manager charged me some random amount at the drive thru and then handed me my card back and then asked for it back to charge me the rest. On top of that confusing exchange they missed an item of my order completely.
