My wife just picked up an order at the counter today, Thursday, April 23rd. During the time it took her to place the order and pay, the woman working at the counter must have said the “F-bomb” at lease 20-30 times, just in a regular conversation with another co-worker. Fortunately, there were no other customers inside at the time (I think I know why) and no children present. I’d say this is a great place to avoid if you have small children.
I really enjoy coming there all the time because I work right up the street but today when I came in there little Miss Angel was working in there all by herself and it was absolutely busy as heck and she had absolutely no help!! She’s been working there for a long time now and is fully dedicated to that job but to see one person do at least two or three people‘s job is ridiculous!!!! Do better KFC
Worst service imaginable. Shorten your food and you’re already paying too much for it.
Don't order here. They cant get all the items you ask for in the bag EVER! and cant do anything to fix the issue like refunds when you cant turn around to drive back and fix their screw ups. Not worth paying money for items you don't even get. Won't be back. Only redeeming quality is the workers were nice. Manager cant find an order to save his life.
