11:38 am on a Monday, No one in the drive thru, 8 cars in parking lot but only one gentleman sitting and eating in dining area. Stood at counter for roughly 9 minutes with no one acknowledging my existence. Left hungry... Zero stars
The service was amazing and the food was hot and fresh! The Vanilla Gorilla was a great experience for our long journey! Thank you for having us and allowing our kiddos to get some energy out for the rest of our ride home!! I would give 10 stars if possible!! The entire staff was wonderful April 7, 2026.. Thank you for everything!!
Ordered an 8piece meal with an extra large side of Mac and cheese. The large mashed potatoes looked like a single serving and never got the Mac and cheese. Tried calling multiple times but no answer. The prices this place charges the order should be accurate at least.
